SOL, i.e. “Sun Over Lake” is a recycling experiment. In 2002 a famous Polish composer and saxophonist Mikołaj Trzska, gave his large audio material from the “Śmieci Śmierci” session to Jarek Grzesica, who experiments with electronic sounds and sonic recycling. The material consisted of hundreds of studio recordings of the saxophone as well as the drums, bass and vocals. Jarek Grzesica inspired by a huge library of sounds created a characteristic, subjective story about sun and the lake… The final material consist of seven tracks entitled “Sun Ovre Lake” (SOL).
Full name of the project – Trzaska and Seed Electronic Ensamble (T.A.S.E.E).
This is a reedition of this album which was originaly released in 2002.
